While I believed I had ordered the incorrect item when it arrived, email advice and support from CPAP Australia helped me clarify this and find out that I could indeed use the new part, a mask cushion, with my mask. Very relieved and satisfied.

the company (CPAP) did fine its the resmed masks that i have trouble with. Have tried all varieties, have not found one that does not leak air or make noise. Have purchased air pillows, nasal masks medlum and large, both types of airfit masks medium and large and have had problems with all of them.

Everything was done smoothly from sending my machines serial number to receiving the new machine and setting it up
