Items where easy to find and price was reasonable and items where delivered promptly and in good condition with no damage and items where a perfect fit.

Elbow for AirFit F 20 leaking at point it clips into mask. Its slightly different than original elbow. This means I have to try and get to nearest store about an hour away. Very inconvenient. Sincerely hope they can rectify the problem.

Great quick service, had a little problem and was soughed very quickly. They are never a problem to deal with.

The service was great but I am not very happy with the product. The seam between the casing and the soft part hurts and is very uncomfortable: it is also very small and so often feel like I can’t breathe. This is disappointing.

How can you send me this when you haven’t even sent me my order. It’s been three weeks you have my money and I have not received my order… to say your service is pathetic is an understatement. I’ve asked for a refund and no reply! I will be seeking legal action as this hasn’t been resolved
