The quality of the prints is fine. The problem is that whoever delivered them left them out on the stoop of my house where they proceeded to get wet and damaged.

I have ordered and received only one batch of images so far, but they are of the highest quality - much better than those from the online printing service I had been using, and well worth the extra expense. I also appreciate that my prints are promptly delivered and arrive in good shape.
