The jewelry arrives beautifully packed in felt bags inside very sturdy boxes. The staff I have dealt with, Grace is her name, has been wonderful to deal with.

While the jewelry is stunning the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. When they decide to no longer communicate with you, they stop answering emails or returning phone calls. Grace, in particular has a snotty attitude. Too bad because the jewelry is beautiful.

I purchased the footprint in the sand necklace and after a short time it tarnished and the front melted so I took it back to place I purchased and they replaced it and again it happened. I was told to call the company only to be treated rudely and told I did it on purpose. First why would I spend all that money on something that had sentimental meaning to me and ruin it on purpose? I am seeing others have had the same experience and they said u would have to spend almost the full amount if I wanted another. I will never purchase from this company again
