A customer service is horrible

I ordered the anvil extender it arrived in gold not silver like I ordered. I wrote several times to return it gave up ordered the silver one. It fits poorly, on one side it was too large and the other side the piece that is to secure it on doesn’t hold because the post is too narrow. My husband loves buying me jewelry and we have all kinds of collections from couture LeVian to una de 50. Brighton and several other US artisan made jewelry pieces. After this experience I will wear the bracelet and the necklace if I can figure a way to ensure it stays locked on. And I am done. No more jewelry from your company. A same actually because I love the way it looks.

Very Happy Customer

I just cannot say enough great things about this experience! From the easy online shopping to the the wonderful Maria who contacted me immediately after she was alerted that my order may have been fraudulent! Which of course it was not! I absolutely love my pieces the Beijos 3 stone necklace and bracelet, they are breathtaking! I get compliments every time I wear them. I will also be purchasing a pair of earrings very soon. Thanks

Love This Collection!

I just love this jewelry. It’s so pretty and ladylike, feminine and beautiful, and artistically sculpted. Great care and love is apparent in every piece. I love the bracelets and pendants with a different look on each side, like a secret peek a boo. I also like the peeks of silver and gold. I was gifted a bracelet from my husband. Then he gifted me again with a necklace and pendant and now I have bought my own stud earrings!! And I see plenty more I would like to buy. I am retired so I live on a budget, but many of these pieces are very affordable for me. I have even seen a few pieces I would like to gift to a few friends. I am so happy to have happened upon this brand. The John Medeiros Jewelry Collection is definitely worth owning. I have already eyed my next purchase.
