Excellent quality, quick service.. Only thing I do not like are the labels at the neck, so I always have to unpick them carefully before wearing any shirt/blouse

Great boots. Slightly tight around the calf for my daughter (these were a present). Have returned the slim fit and reordered the regular fit. Easy process. No other issues.

I purchased a fleece jacket for £45, but when it arrived the price ticket of £35 was on it !! How can that be ??? Not sure I’d buy from them again.

Bought a clothes line prop but it was broken on delivery. Customer Service advisor was outstanding. Communication was excellent and a replacement was send in a timely manner. Jordan you are a great asset to your team. I would highly recommend this company and buy again.

Rydale are self proclaimed " passionate supporters of British manufacturers ", according to their website. However, neither of the two items I purchased were of UK origin, coming from China and India instead. Does this not constitute deceptive and false advertising ?. Come on Ryedale, do the decent thing and state where all your products are made.

The boots are exceptional value for money. They look much more expensive. Was looking for a serviceable boot with a good grip on the sole for icy weather and these seem to fit the bill. Maybe slightly big sizing but allows room for thicker socks. Have tried them on and they seem comfortable. I do have problems getting them off but I am sure they will soften.

Lovely Yankee Candle jars in a good variety of fragrances, at very reasonable prices. Despatched in good time. Excellent customer service too, in terms of comms and actions to quickly resolve a small issue. Will defo shop here again.

Delivery was lost by courier.... Shouldn't have worried as Customer Service (Emily & Jordan) were outstanding, sending replacements by Express delivery. Top product (great price and quality) promptly received......Well chuffed!! Top Marks!!
