Collar is excellent quality. Lovely colours, well made. I’ve bought two and would recommend. However I also bought a lead and sadly the brightly coloured threads quickly started to unravel and it looks a bit tatty. Wouldn’t recommend the leads. But collars highly recommend and no lose threads yet. Update: I cannot fault the customer service team at Ryedale. They responded immediately to my problem with the dog lead and offered a full refund/replacement. Excellent service and will certainly be buying through them in the future. Thank you Ryedale!
