Had to return as sizing too generous. Normally take L with tops and jackets; and, in fact, purchased a waxed jacket in L size recently that was an OK fit ( a bit big but looks reasonable). However, the shoulders on this body warmer stuck out by around 4cm on either side and sat about 3cm too high. Considered ordering a replacement in M size but felt that the shoulders may still not fit properly. Big shame because it seemed to be a quality product at a really good price; but no good to me if the fit isn't right.

I'm giving 5 stars for excellent customer service. I bought a rip on IV equestrian jacket and the zips failed very quickly. Rydale sent me another very quickly and that's been fine.

I've been looking for a pink belt for a while and wanted something a little different. Low and behold your pink & blue belt was exactly what I needed. Very good leather, great length, fantastic value. I'm so pleased

The hat is excellent, well-made and fits a treat. The low score reflects DPD's slow delivery (having paid extra for 'DPD Next Day Delivery'), and the fact the parcel was delivered to our neighbour, despite the fact we were at home. So, Rydale good as always, your delivery agents not in the same league.

I ordered some plastic storage boxes from the YTC Ltd side of Rydale, and was aware that the lids would be vulnerable to damage in transit. I asked the Customer Service desk to help with ensuring that the packaging was appropriate. They took this on board immediately, and, when I received the boxes, it was clear that immense care had been taken at the shipping warehouse. Very safely packaged, and free entirely from any damage. Many thanks go to the Goods Out department, for taking such great care with the order - and to the Customer Service desk for being so responsive.
