Nice radiator painted to order and delivered within one week. not made clear that valves were posted separately and arrived later hence 4 stars not 5.

I rang for advice which was helpful and friendly. Ordered the radiators and they arrived the next day-so quick!

I was told radiator would be delivered next day,did not arrive,when I phoned was told delivered to wrong place still no delivery,then each time I phoned it was always on answerphone. It turns out the rad was out of stock and they did not inform me of this,poor service and got my payment refunded. Wilfred

I was very pleased with the radiators once received, and my plumber was very positive about the quality However, I very disappointed in the customer service I wanted to speak directly to somebody before placing an order and left several phone messages, plus sending an email--but no-one came back to me It was only because my daughter had bought radiators from RD a few weeks previously that I felt confident to make the purchase If this had not been the case, then I would not have placed the order
