Chose radiators, but waiting time was too long. Excellent staff helped find suitable replacement and still managed to get shipped on time. Highly recommend.

Bought this expecting nest day delivery. Didn't receive a confirmation email and had to phone to ask where the order was. No apology, just told it would be there the next day. Annoying as I had tradesmen booked who had to delay the job of refitting a cloakroom. The item itself appears to be fine though have not switched the heating on yet since it being fitted.
