The shipment was quick. Everything was in the crate and easy to put together. My son had been riding his little quad. Now for a week and it runs great. Just make sure to lube the chain and check the oil. Great product

They did not sell the machine to me because said it was fraud after they took my money out of my account. Lady was rude to me and could not explain why they counted me as fraud and then hung up on me.

They cancelled order on me and didn’t even seem apologetic about it. Horrible company

I still haven’t gotten a order number or tracking number yet and it’s been 3 weeks or the product

The delivery was so fast that I was very surprised. I was able to set it up yesterday and seeing my boy riding it was a great joy. Thank you so much for the speed delivery and making the whole buying process very easy. Keep it up.

Although I was anxious on getting my scooter, it was totally worth the wait. It is a bit bigger than I had anticipated but with proper practice and patience, it will be an awesome riding adventure!!! Thanks to great customer service in response to my questions. One thing is I wish they would give more updates on progress. But nonetheless, very pleased indeed!! Recommend using them to anyone seeking to purchase from them!

Shipping was fast! Assembly was good! My State requires title so they send it without any problems. Tao tao 50 scooter turns out to be a lot better than I expected! Starts every time! Get up to speed with no problems. No weird sounds and suspension works great! I decided to adjust the valves, change engine oil and transmission fluid before I started the bike for the first time. If you need something to ride on a short distances I highly recommend this scooter. I will get the second scooter with different color for my wife as soon as we move to our new home. Highly recommend!
