I placed my order on Dec 6th. with Guaranteed Christmas Delivery. expedited shipping, and was assured i would receive the quad for my son by Christmas. on December 20th it still was not shipped and i was told we have until the 23rd to get it to you. I am in upstate NY and the quad was in Texas. After back and forth for a few days i canceled the order and had to then find a quad at a local place which had it ready for me in a day to pick up Christmas eve!

Amy cancelled the shipment and directed it to another customer after them not being able to meet their promised date by Christmas. Offered $25 refund, I told them they needed to cover freight since it was not shipped out in a timely fashion. She took it upon herself to cancel. Have yet to get the refund, filed a discrepancy with my credit card company. Edit after response. This was not a delay in shipping. This was a delay in killer motorsports actually shipping the product. As I ordered within THEIR cutoff time for Christmas delivery.

The bike came as described. It took longer to receive the bike than they said it would is the only reason four the four star. The bike does need minor adjustments but is to be expected with the different climates.

I ordered 3 items from this company

I ordered 3 items from this company. They used saia as their initial shipping company. Saia has lost 2 pallets with 2 of my items on them. To which I keep getting the run around from both companies keep giving me the run around. It’s been almost 3 weeks since I have ordered. Killer motor sports tells me they need more time and saia tells me that I need to email that’s the fastest way to get answers and that it’s killer motor spots fault cause they didn’t put an expected by delivery date on it. These are Christmas presents and no answers I just keep getting the run around. Absolute worst experience and at this point they won’t give me a refund or overnight others for me. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I’m scrambling to figure out what to do for Christmas for my kids now while killer motor sports holds my money and items. Worst customer service and experience ever!!

Damaged bike delivered

The bike was delivered with a badly bent front wheel and was unusable. After several emails and photos a replacement was sent. Unfortunately it was also bent. We are trying to make it work.
