What went wrong is I purchased a scooter for transportation that I needed as soon as possible and y'all do not send the certificate of origin with it when I live in a state that needs it tagged and registered so I waited all the time for it to be delivered only to have to go through hoops to get a certificate of origin sent and now I'm waiting even longer hoping that it actually shows up in the mail cuz I'm yet to get it so so far I've been out of transportation for over 2 weeks having to pay for alternative transportation when all you had to do is make sure every product that went out had a certificate or origin with it and none of this would ever happen

Received a four wheeler that was best to hell, scraped and the sprocket and breaks shoes were both broken. I have been reaching out to the company and am waiting for an email so I can send photos. For the amount I paid to the wheeler and to ship it I expected better. I have a very unhappy husband and an even unhappier 7 year old who wants to ride his birthday present but can’t.

The people who I talked to was friendly and helpful the came sooner than expected witch was a plus

It's been more than a week since I completed my MCO application but I still haven't received it, why?

Bike showed up in good order and went together easily. Once we realized the kill switch was off it started right up. My son rode all day sunday with no issues, I want to see how it holds up for a few more rides before giving 5 stars. Bike looks great and has a lot of cool features for the price.

Customer service was incredibly helpful through the purchase process and everything was user friendly!

It came quick but did not have all the parts to put it together

THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER BECAUSE NOW THEY DON'T DELIVER TO OREGON BUT OREGON ISN'T LISTED AS A NON DEELIVERABLE STATE. VERY AGGRAVATING

Delivered as ordered, fully rdy to ride on a pallet, great job, I added fuel, and it started right up, I love it. ( I bought the v12-125cc dirt bike, I am 5-10, and enjoy this dirt bike, very fun. )
