I ordered some heritage aluminium french doors for my house refurbishment. The doors look great, however there was no scope for adjustment in the frame, so when installed there is a large air gap down the centre. We let the company know who then got on to the manufacturers who made us a replacement set of doors however the replacement doors still have a gap down the middle.

Ordered a JB Kind door from Vibrant Doors. Whilst I haven't opened it yet, I wanted to comment on the customer service so far. They kept me up to date with delivery times, when I needed to change they tried their best to accommodate my request. The delivery driver was friendly and helped me get the door into the garage, even though it was a heavy fire door. So far so good.

The door came in good time and is excellent quality, I feel the only thing that let you down was not delivering straight to the door,it was left at the front door and I had to try and carry the door to 2 flights of stairs
