No reply on many occasions, got cut off, no appts, un helpful staff with attitude. Youd think they woyld want to sell some doors but obvs not.

Does call back service exist?

Initially had excellent email communication with Ethan. Arranged to pay a visit to the showroom to gain a better judgement of the bi-fold product required. Met with Elliott who spent time with us, with good explanation. However, I since telephoned 3 separate times and left messages with staff to request a callback. All of which has been ignored. Was hoping to ask a few more questions before placing an order, but that wasn't to be! Poor follow-on customer service, which is costly to the company in this current climate. Would be intrigued to know the reason why Elliott chose to ignore a customer! Clearly not confident now with placing the order and have since taken our business elsewhere which is a shame considering the product looks study and of good quality.

Let’s wait and see…

Have updated to three stars pending the outcome of the next two weeks. Terrible service. Ordered four doors, some handles and two linings on 24 January. Received emails and texts from two different companies (LPD and Home Delivery Solutions) advising delivery today, 1 February. LPD turned up on time, but only had the door linings. One was the wrong item (despite what was on the order and the despatch note) so that got rejected. Correct item now due for delivery on 3 February, so that's another afternoon off work to wait in. Home Delivery Solutions then arrived within their allotted window with the handles and two of the four doors. Didn't know anything about the other two doors. Spent 10 minutes on the phone to Vibrant customer services, who couldn't tell me where the other doors were or when they would be delivered. They called back an hour or so later to say that they didn't know when they would be delivered, but it wouldn't be today. They promised to call me back later with a delivery date. Rather than call, they just sent me an email saying that the 'missing' doors were out of stock and weren't being restocked until March. This despite them still advertising them as 'in stock' and not informing me until over a week after accepting the order and taking payment. The only reason I bought everything else from this company was because they showed these doors as being in stock. To their credit, they have now offered to supply two single doors and a pairmaker rather than the rebated pair, at no extra cost. Unfortunately they won’t have stock for another week, so I won’t get them for two weeks now, but I appreciate that’s not entirely their fault.

Original problem with the website…

Original problem with the website (turned out to be my PC) so called and spoke to someone who advised me on the best size for my Roomfoldgrande and gave me information I may have missed if I had not spoken to someone. How refreshing to get through to a company without having to choose from a million options and wait on hold for 40 minutes. I decided to order over the phone with Elliot as I had some requirements for delivery. Nothing was too much trouble for him and although he couldn’t guarantee the time I wanted he requested it, kept me informed, and as luck would have it it turned up bang on time!! Fantastic operation, and does exactly what Elliot told me it would. It’s just a shame I don’t have room for another bifold door!! Everyone who has come over to our house compliments it and we will recommend to everyone who asks! Thanks Vibrant Doors and especially Elliot ! D Hogan
