One of the worse and incompetent domestic appliance repair company’s I think I’ve ever experienced if I could give them no stars then I would, called them midweek and requested a technician to call and diagnose the problem with my oven, the advisor gave me a date for Saturday between 8am - 6pm and to call Saturday morning to give me a window, received a call Saturday morning telling me the technician has covid, ok fair enough they rescheduled my appointment for the following Wednesday between 2-6.30pm your told that you will receive a txt when technician is on route, so I waited until 5.30 by this time I was getting a bit worried as I heard nothing so decided to call them, the advisor told me not to worry as the technician is on his way and be with you within the hour, still waiting no call or txt by 6.15 so I called again advisor told me he’s definitely on his way, of course he never turned up, couldn’t even be bothered to let me know incompetence beyond belief, so I called Thursday morning and was told next available slot was Friday between 8-12pm reluctantly accepted that, then got a call back 10 minutes later telling me sorry can’t do that it will be 2-6 so I told them to poke it, if you want your domestic appliances repaired I’d certainly give this company a wide birth they are total crap and do not care

The engineer Stuart was brilliant. He arrived early, diagnosed the problem in minutes, fixed the issue and explained it all clearly. Really happy, would definitely recommend.

Washing machine swiftly diagnosed and repaired. Knowledgable and very pleasant technician. Shame I did not receive a text to confirm he was on the way. Might have been awkward but thankfully I was at home at the time.

Fantastic service from the first engineer (sorry can’t remember his name) to then go on to purchase my dishwasher from the company. It was delivered in 2 days, Zak arrived on time and was a fabulous fitter, courteous, professional, kind and extremely clean in his working area. I honestly cannot praise this company high enough

I wish I had known about Capital Repairs sooner. The highly skilled and very knowledgeable engineers here can save your product from the scrap heap. My Dualit toaster has been returned better than new, with more efficient parts than when originally purchased. All parts are genuine, purchased directly from the manufacturer. And the price of the repair was a fraction of the cost of a replacement toaster - in addition to saving raw materials etc.

I was impressed by the efficiency and the speed of the replacement.

Professional and knowledgeable. Perhaps could have completed a little quicker Not sure i can accept 2 separate call-out charges for doing 2 pieces of work on same day/time

Generally good service. Reception were excellent & the engineer was very good. The problem was being 3 weeks without our Fridge/Freezer due to a delay with spares & a 4 day delay for an engineer after receipt of the spares.

I requested a repair to my washing machine, and I go the repair man within several days. He came, repaired the machine. I was happy

Engineer was on time and knowledgable regarding the problem. When the only solution was a new machine suggestions were made quickly and the machine delivered and installed quickly and expertly.
