The engineer was great, very professional got on with job, ordered the parts and communicated well. When fixing our cooker hood, he was quick, clean and tidy. Can’t fault the service in the slightest and it was good value.

Engineers came to fix washing machine. Soon as they left I had a look under it and it was still leaking. Called them straight away and they said they would call back. No call back and still a leaking broken machine and £95 for the shambolic experience

Useless. I hung around for 11 1/2 hours, guy turned up late, took a couple of photos as a record that he had showed up for his "report", was barely civil, left 2 minutes later having done nothing. I was offered a second visit for free, but preferred to pay the call out charge than have a repetition of this experience. Avoid.

My experience with Capital Repairs was positive from syart to finish. Helpful, courteous, reliable and efficient. I couldn't ask for more.
