Why can I not use my wire card online
Wirecard worked good until I tried to use it online with wish and it kept telling me that my billing address was not correct so I called wirecard and they told me that I needed to use a different card so I asked them if they could transfer my money off my wirecard to my NetSpend card I was told they cannot do that well the money I have is on my wirecard if I can't transfer it to another card then how am I supposed to use it online where I need it

Tried to use my cars several times at cashier and was told I was over the daily limit...hell I haven't used the card in days. Trying to get a live person is impossible.
I cannot even activate my card
I cannot even activate my card. Everytime I call wirecard's customer service, the automated system will cut me off when it transfers me. I tried emailing, but they just give me another automated response to contact customer support. They didnt even read my issue. Pathetic service.
This card is absolutely ridiculous
This card is absolutely ridiculous! Do not waste your time on it. I went to Walgreen's to pick up my prescription which the total was $7.50. I gave the cashier my card and she proceeded to tell me I still owed $2.50 after she ran the card. I knew there was something wrong because I knew I had more than enough to pay the balance in full. After I gave her the rest in cash I proceeded to check my card balance and sure enough there was enough money to process the transaction. I then called customer service to see why they only authorized the $5 instead of the whole amount? No matter how many times I explained this, the customer service agent kept telling me "You need to get with the merchant because they only charged $5" Or "Your card is active ma'am, I'm not sure what you want" After going rounds with her, (not to mention trying to understand her) and never getting an answer , I finally hung up on her. Oh ya, and trying to get money out at an ATM is like pulling tenth.
Völlig inakzeptable Bearbeitungszeiten
Habe am 28.8.19 als Business Kunde für die Abwicklung von Kreditkartentransaktion ein Account bei Wirecard eröffnet und warte leider nach 4 Wochen bis heute noch auf die Finalisierung der Shopintegration für 7 Online-Shops [Ticket # 2019082810017685 / Wirecard Checkout Portal]. Der Support ist telefonisch gut erreichbar, aber relativ hilflos und verweist immer nur auf Verzögerungen im „Fachbereich“, was mich als Kunden natürlich nicht interessiert. Für Business Kunden die z.B. wegen Anbieterwechsel auf eine schnelle Integration angewiesen sind kann ich Wirecard nicht empfehlen. Die Nichtverfügbarkeit der Kreditkartenzahlungsabwicklung hat mich sehr viel Geld gekostet.

I checked my available balance on my debit card. I purchased gas and then went to the grocery store to get cash back and the request was declined. I went outside to call the card’s customer service number to get clarification as to why the card was declined. Each so called customer service rep (whose English is atrocious) told me that the cask back transaction did go through according to their records, thus calling me a liar! Now I have to wait 8 days for the transaction to reset itself in their system? I’ve had several prepaid cards and this debacle has NEVER occurred. I will report this to my hiring manager to make a recommendation to seek business with a more reputable prepaid card company!!

Abolutely not reccomend. We are spend many time and nothing result for merchant services. Please avoid contact with this company. It very unprofessional.

Absolutely worst company you could ever leave your money with. I had an issue where a merchant double charged me they themselves rectified it immediately. Now on Wirecard’s end I’ve waited 9 days they said 8 was the very latest I would see it in my account now I see the credit online but when I call they claim my balance is way less then the refund. Every single rep I spoke to said that my refund was already processed and they don’t know where the money is . Consumer beware this card company not only doesn’t care about you they have no issue letting your hard earned cash disappear

I'm giving 4 stars because at first I was not happy at All! that I received one of these prepaid cards that I did not want or request. I did not activate the card. So, without activating the card, I called the customer service number on the back of my card and instead of entering my card number and being forced to activate it, instead I pressed the pound key for lost, stolen, or not received cards when prompted. When the representative answered, I immediately said, "I want a paper check.". I then gave her my card number, name, and address, and she has a paper check on it's way. It was so simple and I never had to even activate the card or go through any of that mess.
