It is just a tool for fraudster. This company allow scammers to receive payments like on a (safe) bank account: we opened a claim against a transfer made on one of their cards within a couple of hours and this company didn't take any action!!! Never send any payment to the sort code 23-63-07 (the card linked to the fraud was the account 01851045) as you will just lose your money.

Hallo, also die Gebühren sind vorher einsehbar und daher nachher nicht zu beanstanden. Ein einziges Desaster ist das Serviceteam. Als ich telefonisch um sofortige Sperrung auf Grund von einem Hackangriff meines Konto bat - was auch geschah laut Kontoübersicht - war es trotzdem weiterhin möglich das Geld eingehen konnte und Geld von Dritten abgebucht werden konnte. Mehrere Anrufe bei dem Serviceteam brachten nichts. Aber ich denke mal das meine paar Euros in den letzten 5 Tagen bei einem Börsenverlust von vielen hundert Milillionen Euros den Verantwortlichen bei Wirecard gerade kein Haare raufen bedeutet. LG

Got this card as a refund card from T-Mobile instead of crediting my original credit card. It is obvious why - every month $3 is gone after 180 days, will not get accepted online or by any merchant I tried. Payments keep getting refused, balance is available according to their phone system. Congrats, UN-Carrier, for outsourcing your refunds to this barely-legal co to save a few bucks per customer. I have discovered you are in many ways worse than ATT/Verizon, but so far mostly duping gullible millenials with your deceptive ads. Shameful.

GOT A REFUND CARD FROM SANTANDER INSTEAD OF A CHECK STUPID NUMBER TO ACTIVATE CARD KEEPS TRYING TO SELL YOU CRAP AFTER 10 TIMES HITTING NO THEY TELL YOU THE NUMBER HAS CHANGED TO ACTIVATE CARD IN YOUR AREA !!!!! its only $6.30 W T F happened to refund checks

A so-so service overall. Since Citi sold their Prepaid Business to Wirecard I couldn’t log in for few times, I then lost my card, and it took about a week to get a new one.

Received a refund from Frontier…

Received a refund from Frontier Communication via a prepaid MasterCard from Wirecard. Their automated phone system nor their website will allow me to activate it! What a waste of F'ing time. They are a joke and don't tell me to call customer service. I already did. Just more run around BS!!! You owe me $11 and an hour of my life back.

I got scammed for £150 by the guy who used my Wirecard Bank account. I reached out to their customer support and they managed to suspend him, but the money is gone.

card is not usable this is a straight scam sent a complaint to the FTC for this bs it wont let me get the money off of it even at the in network atm the whole time they send me on this wild goose chase the whole time there making money off of declined transactions it was there own customer service sent me there
