If I could leave a negative star I WOULD! I have moved 7 times since the card was issued...I physically have the card in my hand. Because I can't guess the correct address, I have to hang up and call back until I give the correct address? Please tell me how providing an ADDRESS makes the card secure??? Most ridiculous! Enjoy the balance on the card!!!

Wire card scam artist better business bureau will be contacated

Have been dealing with this wirecard for 2 mo this will be contacting the BBB better business bureau about my funds there holding for weeks at a time now double charges and negative balance when funds are available

I would give them ZERO stars!!

I would give them ZERO stars if I could!! Had fraud on my account that I could clearly prove, filled a complaint, and yet it was declined. Told me I needed to take it up with China where the fraud charge was issued. Worst company ever!!!

Horrible company

Horrible company, I've been receiving my direct deposits from work through this wirecard company since October and never had any problems. Up until February I had about 300 something in my account and decided to go food shopping, and my card got swiped 3 times because it kept getting declined. As soon as I got out I checked my account online and saw I had my balance in the NEGATIVE numbers. I start going through the most recent transactions and see all transactions that were not made from me. I immediately called Wire card and they told me that they would investigate and all that, I got a letter in the mail stating my claim would be honored and I waited about a week for that money to appear. When it never did, I called them and the woman told me it was still under investigation, I said okay. Around that time my card was charged again even after they sent me a new one, I said okay somebody has my information or something for this to happen again. Now that claim was filed and they gave me my money right away. Yes I'm happy but it was for $140, why did they give me that money fast but can't resolve the other issue? After that time went by and I forgot that the 45 days had passed, I called and the woman told me call back in 3 days. It kept being the same answer for about 3 times until finally they tell me the investigation was closed and they found the claim to be valid. I was so angry because why would I try to dispute it if it was valid? It was in a completely different location miles away from me, how could I have made those transactions? Basically I lost my money and they said deal with it, I'm trying to find a way to dispute this because it's not about 5 or 10 dollars, it's $300 something that can definitely help anybody right now.

This is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. I needed my password reset and I have to call to do so because my account somehow got locked. They send me some janky "1235" password and it doesn't work. I call to get this sorted out and I'm told how this situation isn't possible. I finally get to speak with a "floor supervisor" just to be muted. This company is now holding money that is rightfully mine hostage. I am a donor at Biomat and don't really need the money, but want to help in another way outside of my career in nursing. Patients I take care of depend on donors like me to help keep them alive and healthy. Shame on Wirecard. My actual bank has a less convoluted process to get a password changed and they never hang up on me. The sooner I can get away from this practical scam, the better. The Better Business Bureau, state/ local agencies and my friends and family will be hearing about this. I am so appalled at how my case and all others here have been handled. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ANY AND ALL COSTS.
