Compré una lámpara de techo para mi sala de estar, y no podría estar más contenta con la calidad. La luz es cálida, perfecta para crear un ambiente acogedor, y los materiales utilizados son claramente de lujo. El servicio al cliente fue excelente, atendiendo todas mis consultas de manera rápida y profesional.

Avoid at all costs Our order arrived weeks after ordering with no reply to emails, explanation or communication. When it did finally arrive it didn’t work. I emailed to arrange a return to which I received a reply email asking us to wire the clock/light in and take a video of it not working. When I said I would if they would cover the cost of an electrician they then asked for a photo of the wiring which I sent over. I then got an email saying that they can confirm there isn’t a problem with the wiring ( they can tell this by the picture seemingly ) they then requested that we open the terminals and check for loose wiring, once we done that they then wanted us to wire it up and take a video. I obviously point blank refused this ludicrous request. I am now on email number 7 and they now want to send me a driver so I can install it myself and see if it that works. Not a chance.i now feel they are ridiculing me with the replies. I have stated time and time again that I am within my rights to reject/return an item that is broken/ unfit for purpose within 30 days. but this has been ignored each time. Save yourself a whole lot of stress and AVOID this SCAM website that is clearly not UK based.
