We had a fantastic stay in Alykanas in Zante.I booked the Pahnis studios.I really wanted to stay in these apartments as I've been in them twice before,excellent accomodation.I trawled the net for best offers and couldn't get a better offer than elvoline.Holiday went seamlessly. Thank you

I booked a hotel, fully refundable once cancelled 48 hrs before, 6 mths in advance. A month before my travel plans changed and I attempted to cancel. Numerous emails, messages through the web page and unanswered phone calls later and I was unable to cancel. I contacted the hotel directly and they were unable to cancel I had to through elvoline they told me and gave me a mobile number when I explained the efforts I had made. I rang and text that number. The person on the other end claimed not to work for elvoline but offered to cancel the booking. The money has yet to be refunded to my card and I still can't get through to elvoline. Perhaps they will answer this review they asked for?

Hallo, Hotelkamer was goed , schoon en netjes, ruime kamer voorzien van waterkoker , koffie en thee en allerlei benodigde badkamer producten. 2 kluis , mini bar en slippers, geluid dicht ramen en licht dicht gordijnen. locatie was ook goed vlakbij supermarkt en openbaar vervoer. Niet ver van Centrum met openbaar vervoer . 2 min punten voor deze hotel zijn : Er is niet veel eet gelegenheid in de omgeving van het hotel en hotel heeft ook geen roomservice , geen restaurant , geen bar, helemaal niks je kan na ontbijt niks eten of drinken in hotel kamer of in hotel. Alleen in de ochtend ontbijt en die is wel goed en uitgebreid ook varieert elke dag . Tweede min punt is : weinig stopcontact in de kamer , we moesten voor waterkoker de stopcontact in de badkamer gebruiken en voor mobiel telefoon op te laden hadden we maar een stopcontact in de kamer. Ik zal nooit meer naar deze hotel gaan, was niet echt naar mijn verwachting en wensen. Het stond niet aangegeven op site tijdens mijn boeking dat hotel geen restaurant of bar of room service heeft.

I paid my hotel booking in full to Elvoline prior to staying at a Premier Inn, they never transferred the funds. As a result I was asked by the hotel to pay for my room a second time at check-in. I've been trying to get a refund from Elvoline for over 3 months now, alas, to no avail. I managed to get a reply in the early stages of my quest from an elusive David Sute who has since been in radio silence. I'm now having to go through my credit card supplier to take matters further in order to get a refund. Do not use this company for bookings.

Easy, perfect and smooth booking and contact with Elvoline.

J’ai passé une réservation pour une chambre avec piscine privée pour 3 nuits par le site Elvoline et le site réserve à l’hôtel une chambre différente avec au total 500€ de différences pour leurs comptes évidemment, après réclamation aucune nouvelle, le désert le néant Site à éviter à tout prix

Everything was as advertised. The room was ready when we arrived. Would recommend to anyone wanting to save money on their next hotel stay.

Booked a hotel in London. Hotel was OK but Elvoline promised we could change the reservation within a certain time period. We reduced the reserved dates by one day but they have not refunded the money. They charged our credit card immediately and don't seem willing to live by their own policy. Will use the hotel again, but not Elvoline.
