I've had no response to emails asking for a booking to be changed - sent two and hotel sent one over a period of 2-3 months . unable to reach on an Australian listed phone number AND then you send me a request to rate your service. This has literally cost me $100s of dollars in having to re-book, and I cant understand how you can get it so wrong.

Poor Service / Did not cancel my night I tried to cancel my night on many occasions - phone, email, online cancellation form and no one ever replied. I now need to claim through my credit card to get the money back. Steer clear of Elvoline.com at all costs.

Hotel ist in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Messezentrum, 5 Minuten Fußweg zur U-Bahn. Zweckmäßig und sauber, Hotelfrühstück lecker und mit 10,-€ nicht überteuert.

These people are dishonest. I booked through them then cancelled within the contracted time frame. They will not respond and did not cancel my booking. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

We had a lovely stay, the room was very nice and clean
