Booking at Margaret River was all good Bit disappointing to have to pay upon booking when so many companies just require payment on arrival. Also suprised to have paid a foreign transaction fee when paying for an Australian hotel with Australian currency.

We booked three rooms for Flemings Selection Hotel in Frankfurt-City

We booked three rooms for Flemings hotel in Frankfurt through Elvoline.com. This works very well. Due to illness in one family I had to cancel one room. I tried many times ( ca 20)! -always unsuccessfully -to get in contact with customer service at Elvoline by phone. The call was always interrupted by Elvoline after approx. 10 seconds! In addition to that I sent an email to cancel the room. No reaction at all! Two days before we stayed in Frankfurt I finally got a phone connection to the Elvoline customer service. The response: Too late to cancel the room. The cancellation period was over!!!
