This is simply a place for sleeping only. I spent six nights here with my family and would have moved out if my reservation was refundable. Perhaps Elvoline knew that and that was why the only option they provided for this hotel was a non-refundable option. There is no fridge, no microwave, only one electrical receptacle in the sleep area so you may have to carry an electrical extension cord. Had to pay for wifi that does not allow you to switch machines. My room was only cleaned after the 4th day and I run out of toilet paper even though I had asked for cleaning on 3rd day. If you need a place to just lay your head, then this might be it. if you need a real hotel where you might stay in the room outside of just sleeping, this is not recommended.

No problems, No fuss

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel as the staff made it very special. The hotel was clean and tidy, well maintained. The staff were amazing especially Rhiannon, Suzzana, Denise who were very helpful regardless of my demands. The night porters were also very friendly and helpful too (Bob and Jo). It makes a big difference when the staff are helpful, friendly and polite. They all went that extra mile. I will definitely be visiting again
