False Marketing

Secured two separate three day hotel booking for the Shanti Mani Angkor Bensley Collection hotel Siem Reap with Elvoline.com. Received confirmation vouchers for both bookings. Discovered upon confirming directly with the hotel that I had been falsely sold rooms. My booking was indeed at the sister property within the hotel chain and not at the property booked. Totally misleading website information with specific description, visual images, the address and a huge price slash for Bensley Collection Hotel. Elvoline.com confirmed that I had I booked the Bensley Collection hotel however would not honor my booking stating errors. Offered sister property at lesser category only. Elvoline.com continued advertising the Bensley Collection Property with images, description, address and price slash for a further 3 days knowing my issues. Very deceptive marketing.

No son muy atentos en recepción

No son muy atentos en recepción, durante el desayuno los empleados del hotel no dejaban desayunar tranquilo, ya que estaban consumiendo hasta quizo retirar mi taza de café de la cafetera para poner la suya, deberían corregir esto, por lo demás la señorita de atención en el comedor muy amable, es por eso que puse 3 estrellas.
