Ordered shoes as advised one size up from normal size, shoes arrived one size up but were still to small. Sent them back at futher expense to myself because I don't have the necessary post code

Wanted a replacement for aged and leaky garden shoes and selected a pair from Easy Wellies. Called to order and received good advice, placed order and the shoes arrived 2 days later. Very comfortable, non-slip rubber sole was just what I wanted, very pleased.

Thought I'd need to go a size bigger than usual and what happened, they were too big! Re-orded the right size, returned the wrong size. A few days later, I had my new boots (which are great) and a full refund. Can't say fairer than that!

I damaged my short Wellington Boots and needed a new pair quickly as I use them most days. On checking Easy Wellies web site I found what I wanted at a competitive price and ordered them. I received an email instantly saying they would be delivered next day FOC. At O'Clock the next day the boots arrived. What excellent service at a good price.
