The app failed to allow proper editing. The preselect d phasing options in the DEED section are outdated dated and inaccurate in phrasing. The app is cumbersome and if the option were available for a refund I would request one.

I created a durable power of attorney for La . $79 one time use . 10 pages x2 printed . To to clerk of court and the documents created were quote , “ ridiculous “ “trash” no able to use or file . I contacted for a refund and there’s no refunds . But I was referred to the policy . I read the policy , which is not provided before you pay , and it says the documents are not legal binding or correct . Don’t waste your money . Go to a notary and get them made up . Update : I was charged $99. I did get a response I would get a refund in up to 10 days back to my card . That hasn’t happen .

All was fine, but county clerk was cheaper and faster.

It was easy to find the correct forms which were easy to complete on line.
