While I was filling my documents and when finished I thought there would be a time to correct any errors. I had errors, didn't realize the errors until after I paid, and could not return to correct. I was unable to correct the errors. I called to get a refund. I was told that I had to download using WORD, which I could've make the corrections. There should be a statement saying that.
