The completed documents are email directly to you, and can easily be printed out. The fees for their services are billed monthly at a reasonable rate and can be cancelled when all the documents you request have been completed. Basically, you pay by month not by document. I’m so happy I found this site and I’ve already recommended it to my friends.

The site was easy to navigate. The quit deed I filled out didn’t have an option for what I needed, however. Only change I was making is changing non married owners, to married. We were married a year after purchasing our second home together. Made the form work by listing current owners as unmarried, then listing us again as married ‘new’ owners.
