Durable Power of Attorney approved by bank

I needed a Durable Power of Attorney document that would pass muster with my mother’s bank. The bank had previously rejected one by another online company because the form was outdated and did not comply with current PA law. The version I got from LegalNature was fully updated, easy to fill out, came with helpful instructions and cautions and, most importantly, was quickly approved by the bank.

Following instructions was hard at time. Should be easier for elderly folks.

EASY LAST WILL AND POA.

The fee was reasonable and the online form was fairly easy to use.

Easy to follow directions …

I liked the fact that the form I used was state specific and that the company did not use a generic form. The directions were clear and easy to follow. Just type in the information asked for and they do the rest. The thing I did not like was the fact that one does not find the cost of the document until the very end, once one has completed it. I like to know how much something is going to cost me BEFORE I buy it and not after I have made a commitment.

It’s easy. No need to procrastinate.

The ease of being able to fill the form out on line, downloading it and having it in my hand was great. I didn’t realize how much info and how entailed it is. I read it and now I have to reread it to make sure I answer everything correctly. We have our wills, trust and POA for healthcare, but didn’t have the basic POA. Thank you for putting it out for easy access.

Fairly simple, but needs more flexibilty

The form is pretty straight forward. The issue i had was that I have two children, one who can receive his share of our estate and will be our trustee. The other who needs lifetime assistance. The form only allows me to select one option and then moves on. It wasn't until I printed it that I could see what it looked like. I went back and made changes, but I'm still not confident it is what we need. It needs a little more flexibility within the form.
