Gave me space to enter my own statements, then with the option to finish. I was expecting a 1 to 2 page document. I RECEIVED 12 pages. You’re not only gave me a very complicated DURABLE power of attorney. You also gave me a health directive which I already have. You misrepresented yourself by calling that a simple power of attorney you would not allow me to read the power of attorney before I had to pay you $99 to download the document. THIS IS SOMETHING I SIMPLY CANNOT USE FOR MY PURPOSES!!. I am politely asking you to please refund the $99 that I paid you for the misrepresentation of your product.
