The Quit Claim Deed template was incredibly helpful, but falsely advertised. In the search results, the website said it was absolutely free to print and download the form, but once I completed the form, I had to pay a minimum of $39 (a monthly subscription) to download or print it. I was surprised and frustrated by the dishonesty.
