I did a quit claim Deed where I was removing my sisters name and leaving only my name on the Deed, I called your Rep to ask about the legal placement on the quit claim Deed whose name should go in the Grantor space, the Rep said my name should go there, I went to the Property appraiser to file my completed form to the courts and I was told it was incorrect where I placed my name on the document my sisters name was supposed to go in that space, I assume your Reps do not know much about the quit claim deeds
