Easy to use! Fast!

Very easy to understand.

The website had a form which I filled out, with names, contact information and advanced directive instructions. I paid the $99 for the one time purchase and expected all this info to be included in the printout. What I got instead was a blank form. I wasted time and money… I could have picked up a blank form from the hospital free and been at my daughter’s ICU bedside 20 minutes sooner and $99 richer. What a scam.

Quick and easy

When I could not print out my Power of Attorney. I called you all, you took my number and returned my call. In response you emailed the document to me and I printed it out. The person on the phone was very polite and knowable

It was easy to do and when I had a question I called and spoke to a live person (Kimeisha) and she was very helpful.
