I was able to prepare the exact document I needed. I would have given five stars IF the website had provided the fee upfront. I knew there WOULD be one, would have preferred to know what it was before I took the time to finish the document. Fee options only popped up when I was ready to finalize and print/save the document.

It was only supposed to transfer one name. It appears as like the second owner is transferring his ownership which is not the case. Was not able to print form.

It was not the end that I was told I had to pay $99 for the deed copy or sign up for monthly service. A LOT for a deed.

you misrepresented your services and the region your serviced. I am in the state of Indiana, not in Indiana County state of Alabama. I would like a complete refund
