No one wants to need to buy an urn for a loved one, especially when they have passed unexpectedly. That said, I now cannot imagine using any other company but Remembered Forever for this big step. I bought a frame/ashes holder for my dog who passed. Given that this will be his last resting place, I wanted it to be perfect and I had a lot of anxieties about whether the pictures I sent were of good enough quality. The staff at Remembered Forever responded quickly and helpfully to the number of emails that I sent and they were willing to troubleshoot any issues or questions I had. They were also flexible about the product, and customized it so that I could include more personalized elements of my pet than originally intended. I would recommend this product and this company to anyone needing a reliable, kind, and flexible option for their loved one's ashes.

good item sent but took far to long to be made . could of sent it by over night as they said they had machine issues but didn't choose to do so . certainly not cheap so expected better service as we paid top money ,,,, feel let down
