Beautiful item very well made. Wanted an item that contained ALL our daughters ashes and not just a keepsake memorial we also didn't want an Urn on the mantle piece. I will just say that the ashes have to lie quite flat so you might have to do as we did and transfer to a bigger bag to be able to do this as once removed from the crematorium box the bag enclosed wouldn't allow for this. Communication was good and respectful.
