Tony was absolutely amazing the others not so much. He found the problem and then sorted if efficiently. I haven’t seen any mice since he's left. Honestly had issues for over 5 years.

Monitor Pest Control came to my father's housing (three vists) as there was a small outbreak of mice in his sheltered housing block. The first visit consisted of a worker who was in and out of the property in 5 minutes (and that included putting the three traps down in the kitchen). However it was a massive game changer when Tony arrived the second and third visits. I couldn not believe the difference. He located the exact path the mouse was entering/exiting. He took off unit panels, was extremely thorough and very professional; in fact an absolute credit to the company. If I ever had a mouse probolem, this is the company and more to the point, the person I would ask for, unlike the first person who attended unfortunately.
