World pasta day giveaway was a lie. They didn’t show up in multiple locations - surbiton methodists church, Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Manchester (at least). Very disappointing.

Don't risk ordering a takeaway through their app
We ordered a takeaway through their app. Delivery time came and went. Got a message after another 30 minutes saying they were having issues and they would sort it out. They didn't. I phoned them after another 30 minutes and we're told they didn't have any drivers. They couldn't give me any idea when they may get a driver but asked me to wait. I cancelled the order but was told it would take 5 days to get back to my account. I'm down at my local pizza shop now so that we can actually get something to eat tonight. You may have more luck if you order through a delivery service (Uber eats, deliveroo etc.), but I won't be ordering through their own app again.
Utterly Useless
Beyond frustrating! After the 8th time in 12 weeks that Yodel has simply not turned up with my order its time I cancel the subscription for good after years, and no one cares. I had initially changed it to Sunday because DPD always were ok but PE decided to cancel Sunday deliveries because clearly cost more! so back to Yodel it went and on 1st try, failed again. Every week relaying the same 'your courier has not delivered' message to PE and every week the same predictable 'we will pass your feedback to the logistics team' BS. There is a point when YOU are responsible for continuing with a courier that is inept and utterly the worst choice there is in the UK. They damage your reputation yet you stick with them to save 50p a box no doubt. Any merit there was in your food and service is completely eroded and you really don't care at all I'm sorry to say!

So good. Quick delivery, warm food, good portion sizes, tastes lovely, the list goes on. One of the takeaways I’ve had in Sheffield. WOULD recommend 👏👏🍝😋

I ordered mac and cheese and chocolate gelato and I was so mesmerised with the flavour of the pasta it was so creamy and cheesy and was completely worth the price and even the gelato amazing just melted and made me drool over. Worth it and it is a must try and also cute and lovely packing.

Terrible service - cancelled my order without telling me and took my money
Ordered a takeaway and paid. They cancelled the order without notifying me. After waiting 30 mins for my order, I checked their app which said "cancelled". I then checked the email and clicked the link for my order which then said "asap" on the status. Mixed messages so I rang the restaurant and was told that the order was indeed cancelled. I was given no direct notification of this before checking myself and ultimately phoning up, despite having paid and waited for the food. I was then told on the phone that I can do a reorder, but with no indication of how much longer it would take for my food to finally arrive. I said I wouldn't like to reorder as it's too long now. I then had to ask the person on the phone about my money, and was told that she will process a refund but I won't receive the money for 7 working days. So I've paid them the money that I won't see it back for a little while, I've been given no food, and had my time wasted. All round terrible service. A real particular issue is not having been notified that they'd cancelled my order (with mixed messages on the tracker they shared) and having to phone up on my accord to find out what's going on, only to be told they'd cancelled my order. Really, terrible service all round.

Atavi Pasta via Pasta Evangelists
I have never ordered anything from Pasta Evangelists, but last week I did order some very expensive specialist dried pasta from Atavi which I believe is a sub brand, the pasta arrived very quickly and was beautifully packaged, however some of the pasta was very close too or had passed its best before date, I appreciate that this is dried pasta but there is a principle at stake here, so I wrote immediately to the email address given and got a really quick reply saying they would look into it. Two working days later my entire order was replaced with pasta with much longer best before days - the service and the people I spoke to on the phone were really helpful and very professional. I have subsequently cooked some of the pasta and it is delicious. Very impressive customer service.

I really regret not reading reviews here before I order. First, order arrived late ( after 2 hours) , terrible packaging. It was cold and I found dead insect in the pasta! When I made complaint and a wrote review on the site I received nasty harassing messages from someone called Finn full of rude insults.
