Good service and good prices

Ordered a headboard for our kingsize divan. Absoplutely no problems with the order - it came well made, using the fabric requested and well packaged. Particularly like that we could have some swatches in advance to be sure of what we were ordering. Happy to recommend

I ordered a bespoke divan base, made and customised to fit an antique bed frame. After an initial glitch; which was handled with professionalism and courtesy, I quickly received a well crafted base. It has yet to deployed as I am waiting for the mattresses from another company but am hopeful all will be well.

Really comfortable and the material feels good quality

I ordered a super king size bed from British Beds. This was after going to many retailers. Either the high street shops don't have stock or the colour or style. British bed direct had everything i wanted in bed. Ordering was a breeze, delivery as promised ahead of schedule in 2 weeks and easy to assemble. It was delivered in the room of my choice on first floor. After assembly there was a slight niggle but Taz arranged for Brian to come and sort that in few days. Highly recommend if you are in market for a new bed.

The bed base is fine but waited along time for it to be delivered, would recommend if you not in a rush.

Great bed, on offer. Delivery time was changed twice and had to wait approx 2-3 weeks but all in all a good buy. Very happy.

Unfortunately the nuts for installing the bedhead were missing. A quick phone call remedied this but had to wait a couple of days for them to arrive. Pleased with the headboard though and would use you again

Provided material samples, which was a great help, which arrived timeously. Based on that we ordered a headboard which also came when at the allotted time. Smooth and painful process from start to finish. Would certainly use them again.
