I’m in the hospitality business so buy a lot of beds, I wish I’d found this company before now. From my initial contact and request for fabric samples, of which many were provided, through to a number of enquiries, placing my orders, communication regarding delivery and then the final products arriving, I have been truly impressed....It’s rare to find a company where all elements are strong but this is one. The products I ordered arrived quickly, without damage, are great quality, look fabulous and excellent value for money... I’ve been left very impressed! We recently bought four divan beds and matching headboards as well as a mattress from British Beds Direct. We were moving houses and under considerable time pressure but from the moment we first spoke to Faisal and Taz we realised that our goal was achievable. Buying on the internet might be considered risky, especially buying so many beds at once, but we always felt reassured and confident we were doing the right thing as the service and communication of British Beds Direct was excellent. Needless to say we all love our new beds and have enjoyed sleeping well on them in our new house. We need to buy one more soon and we will definitely be heading back to the British Beds Direct website.

We ordered the Eleanor side opening ottoman bed and Bowie headboard covered in marbled velvet. It is beautifully made and looks lovely. It's great for storage too. It arrived with spacers (4 wooden blocks) to create a gap between the headboard and bed so that the ottoman can be opened. This was very disappointing but after suggesting that they make a velvet covered sandwich board to fill this gap, they agreed to make it for us. It works much better than the spacers and just looks like part of the bed. We are hoping that British Beds Direct will market this sandwich board so that the side opening ottoman bed can continue to be manufactured and sold.

Bed was exactly as ordered and delivered into the bedroom. On assembly the was a problem with one of the gas struts so an email was sent to British Beds and within 5 minutes they responded by phone. After a brief discussion about the issue I was informed that they would send a replacement strut, which arrived the next morning. Fantastic support and I would certainly recommend based on my experience.

Brand new to using this company, A+++ for service, quality and delivery time. Ordered swatches then headboard and it was delivered within 5 days. I just love it so much. Customer service is great too, needed some after care and feedback and they dealt with it promptly. Will be shopping here again for sure.

Product is lovely and fitted the bed perfectly. We would definitely recommend this company and use them again.
