Please do not use this company.. For months I have tried to cancel our contract and they are refusing to cancel. They have stated they will cancel it in two years time… threatening the usual terms And conditions of our contract.. I have never dealt with a worse company..

Avoid this company- They do not deliver We have been with ELAS since 2020. Got to say this company do not help you with Health & safety. We had a guy out but he was just all about logging on to their system. No help with any accreditation s. We were with Peninsula before, wish we had stayed

Really angry
Really angry 2020 was a traumatic year for busineses with many closed and staff furloughed. I find it incredible that Elas autorenewed my contract. Not one person attempted to contact us! You have expoited the pandemic for your own gain. Please dont bother replying your usual 'please read the terms of your contract' nonesense. I would have thought a reputable company such as your's would have taken a more sensitive approach! We have had other similar conversations with our suppliers who have been fantastic in finding amicable solutions for SME's such as our company. Update And despite your request for further details, which is just a way of making your company look like it cares, i have supplied the relevant details but no further communication! Why am i not suprised............. Update Thanks for your reply but you have missed the point! Also, your customer service team did not speak to me numerous times. It took me nearly a week of chasing to get a reply despite numerous emails. I am happy to post the email trail and your response here if required.

NASTY NASTY NASTY - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
NASTY, NASTY, NASTY. This is the only way I can explain what I think of Elas. We used their services then cancelled at the end of our term. However because we did not cancel via written letter sent recorded delivery from the post office IN THE MIDDLE OF A GOVERNMENT-ENFORCED LOCKDOWN they have decided to auto-renew our contract and are now threatening to pursue us through the courts for non-payment of the auto-renew - a service we have never used!!

I cannot recommend this company or its services. Having been a customer for several years when we actually came to need their help with an employee issue they gave poor advice, which resulted in a tribunal being started against our company. When I sought redress for the poor advice they denied any culpability and refused to listen to what I said. I was also made responsible for the tribunal costs with the former employee, despite it being their advice that had caused the tribunal to happen. Matters escalated with the very senior members of the organisation involved. They also denied everything and matters degenerated further. I saw this as a breach of contract and refused to continue paying their fees. They then sought to sue me in court, as their contracts states that fees are due, regardless as to whether ELAS do their job or not. In court it was found that they had indeed issued bad advice and they were then forced to withdraw their suit. Subsequent to this matters became acrimonious and I was threatened by them in order to make me not post any reviews of their company. I found that dealing with them was a very stressful and frustrating experience, so would urge others to keep away. (Edit to respond to the below) Was that the same lawyer who advised ELAS to take me to court in the first place? How did that work out for you? Your allegations are spurious, unproven and untested, unlike mine. A poor attempt at deflection. So you accept that your own actions brought us to where we ended up? Hard to deny that really, isn't it? The situation you created is the worst nightmare for any small business.
