L'organizzazione generale è stata ottima. La clinica è molto pulita e io servizio di accoglienza eccezionale. Il team che ha effettuato l'intervento, si è rivelato molto professionale e disponibile per tutte le spiegazioni. Unico aspetto da migliore è la forte standardizzazione nel post- operatorio. Vi sono pazienti di tutte le età e con tempi di recupero diversi. Purtroppo con il dottore Serkan la visita è molto breve.

My transplant was Sept 2021. Everything went great and I am very happy. From the consultation to the assessment to the procedure with Dr Serkan and all the nurses, it was life changing. Impatto decisamente positivo, con la sensazione di alta professionalità Clinica ed assistenza post trattamento ottimi. Piccola correzione a mio avviso, dedicare un po di più spazio interagendo con il paziente sui punti esatti di estrazione e di impianto. Nel complesso molto bene.

Had my transplant at this clinic in 2021 during the craziness of the pandemic. Flew from Canada which wasn't cheap. Saw Dr. Serkan for 5 minutes then never saw him again. It was his technicians that work on you. Cant say that all of my experience was bad but of course the begging is always good when they want your money. So everything went ok while I was there but then again cant really compare to any other clinic because this is the only clinic I've ever gone to. So came back home and followed everything they told me to do, take Finasteride, take their hair vitamins and serum, and shampoo and after serum is finished start taking minoxidil to protect the other hair. Followed directions to a T. Procedure was to take photo's every 3 months and send it in to show progress witch I did of course. From day one I was always expressing my concern that the crown area was not filling in and was always told not to worry that it would take 18 months to fully see the results. So for 18 months I waited worried. 18 months go by and nothing, the hair on the crown didn't take or they didn't put enough graphs on the crown. Now I see that its their tactic to get you to come back, I see that now. But I wasn't really worried about having to go back except for having to pay for another flight and going through excruciating pain again because I was told that this procedure was guarantee for life or if I wasn't satisficed with the procedure. Well let me tell you their GUARENTEE is a lie. Its a selling tactic, theirs no such thing. After months of trying to get a hold of someone, cause the turn around of employees there is crazy, someone finally got back to me and gave me excuses that I didn't follow procedures they told me or that the hair I had there before fell out, witch is falls because I was complaining about that from day one. So their solution is for me to go for a second session (of course) and pay almost double what I paid the first time, WHAT A JOKE!!. So yes I DO NOT RECOMED THIS CLINIC. Their after care is terrible and their guarantee is a big lie. Before I booked I read the reviews and they seemed to be pretty good but now I've read that most of their good reviews are bought or they do it themselves. Don't take my word for it, search top ten clinic in turkey they don't even show up in the search. There are other better and cheaper places you can go to that if you have issues they will stand by their work or guarantee. Now I know after I post this they will reply with sorry for your experience and that its because of something I did wrong or hereditary reasons or blah, blah, blah, just like I read in other reviews and to contact them to solve this issue. Do your research, there are better places to go to.
