Azienda giovane e dinamica sono cliente su Catania da quasi tre anni e mi ritengo totalmente soddisfatto.

It's the second time that I use this company and never waited more than 7 minutes to be picked up at the airport. The price with full insurance was really very competitive and the staff was helpful and very transparent in all the explanation about the contract.

Personale genti, efficiente e serio. L'auto era in condizioni ottimali. Consegnando con un giorno di anticipo mi è stato applicato un rimborso del giorno non usufruito. L'auto è stata noleggiata nella sede di Malpensa.

Felirent ufficio Malpensa IL ragazzo che ha fatto il check-in e il check out era gentile veloce e professionale. Ho noleggiato pulmino 9 posti, Che a causa di una semplice foratura, e non di un taglio su una gomma .Ho pagato salatissimo non noleggerò mai mai più con Felirent ,perché ho forato a Perugia ho guardato se c’era la ruota di scorta ma non c’era ,e non ho potuto sostituirla per proseguire, non c’era neanche il kit di gonfiaggio ho chiamato l’ufficio Felirent , avvisando che avevo bucato e loro mi hanno detto di chiamare l’assistenza stradale ,io ho comunicato che il mezzo noleggiato era sprovvisto di ruote di scorta e di kit . Loro mi hanno detto che non mi avrebbero, mandato il mezzo sostitutivo,comunque ho subito un grosso disagio a bordo avevo sette persone ho dovuto chiamare due taxi e sostenere dei costi per portarli in un posto sicuro e a riparo Una giornata persa, e meno male con non dovevo prendere un volo se no, lo avrei perso !!!!! Arrivato il carro attrezzi e caricando il mezzo sono andato con carro attrezzi dal gommista ,ho chiamato varie volte in ufficio Feilirent Malpensa e ho parlato col responsabile . Il gommista ci ha comunicato che purtroppo la gomma non era riparabile per quanto riguardava la foratura le gomme premetto erano circa 50% del mezzo il gommista non avevano una gomma della stessa marca e mi è stato comunicato al noleggiatore, che sarebbero state sostituite le due gomme anziché di una perché il codice della strada dice che sullo stesso asse vanno messe due gomme uguali ma di conseguenza dice anche che il codice della strada deve avere un mezzo o la ruota di scorta o il kit di emergenza e questi erano inesistenti. Comunque hanno sostituito le gomme anteriori messe nuove ,la gomma buona l’ho messa nel baule per restituirla noleggiatore arrivato a riconsegnare il mezzo mi hanno addebitato due gomme anteriori nuove il montaggio smontaggio e bilanciatura per un totale di €.250 più il costo di soccorso stradale e carro attrezzi di €.150 la gestione della pratica €.50 più Iva €.11 per un totale di €.461 tutto ciò documentabile è una vergogna purtroppo questa è la mia esperienza state alla larga da questo noleggiatore ,se non vi piace buttare via dei soldi ,ed essere presi in giro avrei tante parole da dire ma le penso e basta .Non noleggero mai più da questo noleggiatore. State molto attenti !!!!!!!!!!.

Do not use this company ! they charge you a extra 100 if your arrive after 9 pm what kinda car rental company stays open to rip off customers after 9 pm !!! then they will randomly charge your credit card a month after returning there car and settling the bill !!!! avoid this lot

Das Unternehmen ist echt das hinterletzte. Versteckte Kosten, um die Leute auszunehmen. Es werden ohne Vorabsprachen, eigenmächtig wahllos Beträge von der Kreditkarte abgebucht, auch noch lange nach dem Urlaub und der Nutzung der Mietwagen. Es werden unter anderem Bußgeldbescheide angekündigt, die dann demnächst mal eintreffen sollen. Allein für diese INFOMATION werden Gebühren eingestrichen. Wenn eine Bußgeldstelle einen Bußgeldbescheid ausstellt, dann teilt sie das den betreffenden Personen schon mit, da muss die Auto-Verleih-Firma das nicht auch noch ankündigen und dafür Gebühren erheben. Das ist völlig sinnfrei und hochgradig kriminell. Die Firma ist in letzter Zeit sehr in Verruf geraten, vielleicht sollte man solche Methoden mal medial aufgreifen und diese INFORMATION viral gehen lassen. Zumal es nicht das einzige Vergehen dieser Verbrecher ist. The company is really the worst. Hidden costs to rip people off.
