I dealt with John he was so courteous…

I dealt with John he was so courteous polite and willing to answer any questions. In fact mentioned a car that I hadn't considered as I had made him aware of the reason for needing to change my car. I went with the car he mentioned and have not looked back. Turney seat fitted also changed my seven seater for another where all seats are accessible and I don't lose a seat for the wheelchair. I say that deserves all the stars I have given, the advise I was given is probably the best customer service I have ever had.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed, a complete disaster after the Technician/Fitter carelessly trapped 2 wires on steering column under the control clamp and the wires shorted and caused numerous electrical faults/problems including hill decent and traction control that resulted in an overheated rear differential and drive shaft oil leak caused by the increased temperature and pressure inside the diff. The car was taken back immediately within 30 minutes and they had the chance to find the 2 wires that were shorting out, but they couldn't even be bothered to check their work thoroughly and said to my son who is no Mechanic that it was a "glitch" in the system, and sent him on his way. Also 2 lock nuts left loose on throttle linkage. Nowhere near enough care and attention to detail, or thought while positioning and fitting the hand controls, that has also left the throttle movement and action a lot stiffer and harder to use than it should be. I will also add that this review is being written by a mechanic with 40 plus years experience. If I wasn't now disabled, I could have fitted the kit without any resulting problems and it would have also been far easier to use by maximising the mechanical advantage of the existing throttle pedal. The whole experience has been incredibly stressful and frustrating. And I am still not sure if there will be an ongoing problems with the rear diff/seals. Des has accepted responsibility if the rear diff/seals needs attention, and he will pay in full to have repaired, adding more stress and complications. This situation was totally avoidable. Wish I had never heard of Des Gosling Mobility!

Helpful people

Helpful people, great customer service and quick to respond to calls and emails. If they don't know the answer to something, they find out and come back to you, which is more than many companies do. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
