Amazing Service from Des Gosling

Des Gosling recently installed a smartsteer device in our car. This is the first time we have had to fit such a device and the professionalism and advice we received was exemplary. From start to finish we could not have wished for anything else. No need to go anywhere else is our view.

We feel that we were mis-sold a hoist

We feel that we were mis-sold a hoist. The demo wasnt done on the car that we were having and as such isnt any use to me. A much better and cheaper hoist would have been much more useful, but we werent offered that one. As it turns out, we,ve got an expensive hoist that we are stuck with for 3 years and can not use.

What it says on the box!

I purchased a BMW 318i Touring from Sytner of Nottingham recently. Ben Goslin (Sales exec) was excellent, as he liaised with Des Gosling to ensure that the fitting of my hand controls went smoothly. Matt Dobrzynski from the team, contacted me to finalise details, and the next day they arrived at the dealership and fitted the controls, no problem. The following day I took receipt of the car and have been one happy bunny since. They even checked in a few days later to make sure that all was fine. Top service, lovely people. 6/5 if that was possible.

I sent an email at 11pm on a Wednesday…

I sent an email at 11pm on a Wednesday evening and Thursday morning I got a call to say someone was coming out to my place where I do voluntary work to fit the appropriate parts to my car. First class service
