Coconut funding, specifically Jack and his team have helped our small business multiple times! They are always a pleasure to work with and truly helped our business succeed.

First of all, these people are the rudest, unprofessional people that I have encountered in the 10 years I have been in the industry. I have over 40 years in business and now consult for several clients. I called to find out why my client stopped getting ACH pulls from them (probably because of the clause in their contract that says the can sue for $10,000 for a missed payment). They hung up on her several times when she called to find out why and I was met with unbelievable curse words by Jack over the issue. These guys are the worst of the worst and probably have not been brought up to respect anything but the next dollar (which they go about ruthlessly). I would not have any dealings with these guys again and have advised my client to protect herself against predators like them. It's unfortunate, when you have so many scams going on that I would have to see people like this in my industry!!!

Coconut funding is a great financing company, they work with you according to your business needs. They had been very helpful in the growth of my business and they were there for me every time I needed working capital. I definitely recommend Coconut Funding 100%.

If I could leave a zero I would!! First off I received an email saying that our business was approved for funding from the "owner" named Jack. I called them the next day and spoke to an employee who said we had an offer of $2,000 to be paid back at $199 per day, with the total payback of over $3700. When I asked them what fees were associated with the contract they started getting angry. They asked who we had gotten funding from before and I told them no one, at which they said how do you know about fees. I told them I had received other offers from other companies so that's how we knew. They would not answer any questions about the fees associated with the contract saying that their deal was crap and I wouldn't take theirs if I didn't take the other. After constantly yelling at me on the phone he hung up. I then called back and a gut named Simon answered the phone. He immediately put me on hold and the "owner" Jack answered. Jack told me he heard the whole conversation and continued to repeat what the other guy was previously saying. He told me that they don't have time to discuss anything that's why they hung up. I asked him why he would allow an employee to talk to a potential customer like that and he could have cared less. When my wife was also asking questions he told me that he could only talk to me and since she was there he would hang up, even though she owns 50% of the business. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Working with Jack for short term funding with our startup was easy. He and his staff are very professional.
