I ordered flowers from prestige, went for the pastel meadow which looked lovely in the picture,, what my mum received looked nothing like the picture on the website.. Totally gutted for my mum, should have gone to Tescos and hand wrapped them myself. Certainly not worth £35, and certainly not worth the £5 postage from Royal Mail . Will never use again.

Poor quality bouquet and poor customer service
Received a really poor quality bouquet, wilting damaged roses that have last 2 days, snapped Lillie’s and dry damaged foliage. Black droopy leaves. Contacted customer service and replacement was sent but still the same poor quality. They do not in the slightest resemble the images online even after paying extra to upgrade to large. Better quality bouquet from a supermarket.

This is my second time ordering from Prestige, they have a beautiful selection of flowers that frequently updates to fit each season. The delivery is reliable and very quick, plus the quality of the flowers is excellent. Would 100% recommend!
