I’ve used this site for many years and have no complaints whatsoever. Flowers always received in excellent order and on time.
Flowers were half dead; they never wanted to know.
Flowers were poor quality when arrived, followed the guidelines around looking after them: they were half dead after 2 days. Complained and they never wanted to know.
Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I had chosen flowers for a baby celebration and gone from the picture displayed of pink roses and Lille's and I got red ones! When I contacted them they were very unhelpful and said nothing wrong with them. I certainly wont use again after this.

The first time I used this site was very recent, and I received very complimentary thanks from my family for the quality of the flowers and the add ons. I am very much hoping that this one receives the same response, and if so this will be my ‘go to’ floral tribute site!
fantastic service
Have always had great service from prestige - people who received the flowers i have sent them have been mega happy with them! However, my last deliveryended up a dy late - i still thought it shouldve arrived on timefor my friends birthday - so i was dissapointed and emailed prestige. Georgia ( customer service) explained that some deliveries can take longer than normal-but as a goodwill gesture she put delivery charge back on my account! was mega happy about that! so, thank you georgia and prestige! x

Too many add ons. I’d rather you just let me do what I wanted to do ie send flowers
Didn't deliver on time
Despite paying quite a bit for delivery, flowers ordered for mother's 70th birthday were not delivered on time. When I enquired with the company, they said they couldn't guarantee on time delivery to Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland - ie. most of the UK. This is not prominently displayed on their website, not did it pop up when I entered the delivery address. Deliberately misleading - Do not recommend.
Poor Quality
Ordered flowers for a colleague following the passing of her Mum. The flowers arrived with one broken and the remaining died the next day. This was highly embarrassing especially in view of the reason for sending them. Sent photos of the flowers to customer service who said the photos weren’t conclusive enough and I needed to send more photos. In view of the circumstances I wasn’t prepared to ask my colleague for additional photos. Prestige offered me £10 off a future order. Needless to say I won’t be using them again and have to say the experience has been totally disappointing.

I have used this site for many years and always been pleased with it. I have only seen photos of the flowers from friends that have received them and they have always looked lovely., so I hope tomorrows will be just as lovely
